It covers all operations and data interactions conducted by you when using the App to download short videos from TikTok and Instagram (Reels).

The App respects and protects your personal privacy and data security at all times, and strictly complies with applicable privacy laws and regulations (including but not limited to the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the United States' California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and other relevant regional privacy legislations). This Policy clearly informs you of the scope, methods, and purposes of the App's collection, use, storage, sharing, and protection of user data. Your use of the App constitutes your full reading, understanding, and acceptance of all the terms and conditions of this Policy.

2. Information We Collect and Collection Methods

As a short video download tool, the App only collects the minimum amount of information necessary to implement its core functions, and does not collect irrelevant or redundant data. The information is specifically divided into the following two categories:

2.1 Non-Personally Identifiable Information (Anonymous Data)

This type of information cannot identify your personal identity alone or in combination with other information. It is mainly used to optimize App performance, enhance user experience, and track usage statistics, and is collected automatically:

• Device and Usage Data: Including your device model (e.g., iPhone 15 Pro), iOS system version (e.g., iOS 17.0), App version number, device unique identifier (used only for device recognition, not linked to personal identity), network type (Wi-Fi/mobile data), and App usage logs (e.g., number of video parsing attempts, download success/failure records, and function click behavior);
• Performance Statistics Data: Including App loading time, parsing response time, and crash logs (used only for troubleshooting program faults, with no personally identifiable information).

2.2 Personally Identifiable Information (Collected Only When Voluntarily Provided by You)

The App does not actively obtain your personal identity information; it is only collected when you voluntarily submit it, and solely for the purpose of implementing corresponding functions. Specifically, it includes:

• Feedback Information: When you submit issues through the "Feedback" function in the App, you may voluntarily provide your name, email address, problem description, and relevant screenshots (used for us to communicate with you and resolve the issues);
• Payment-Related Information: When you recharge coins (in-app purchase), the payment process is completed officially by the Apple App Store. The App does not obtain your sensitive payment information such as bank card number, payment password, or credit card expiration date. It only receives payment results returned by the App Store (e.g., order number, payment amount, and payment status) to confirm coin crediting and maintain order records.

2.3 Notes on Video and Link-Related Data

• When using the App, you need to manually copy the TikTok/Instagram Reels video link and paste it into the App for parsing. The App only temporarily processes the video link locally on your device to parse the video download address, and does not store, upload, or share any original video links or video content;
• After successful parsing, the video you choose to download will be directly saved to the local photo album of your iOS device (requiring your authorization for photo album access). The App does not store any user-downloaded video files. All video content ownership and usage rights belong to the original video publishers. You must comply with the user agreements and relevant copyright laws and regulations of TikTok and Instagram platforms.

3. Purposes of Information Use

All information we collect is only used for the following legitimate purposes and no other unstated purposes:

• Implement Core Functions:
  • Process video link parsing to provide you with short video download services;
  • Complete in-app purchase order verification, synchronize coin balances, and ensure the normal operation of the in-app purchase function;
  • Save downloaded videos to your local device after obtaining photo album access authorization.
• Optimize App Performance and User Experience:
  • Analyze App usage logs and crash data to fix program vulnerabilities and improve App stability;
  • Statistically analyze function usage frequency to optimize function layout and interactive design, and enhance user convenience.
• User Support and Problem Resolution:
  • Process your feedback and communicate problem solutions with you to improve customer service quality;
  • Verify abnormal in-app purchase orders and provide you with coin crediting troubleshooting and after-sales support.
• Comply with Legal and Regulatory Requirements:
  • Respond to legitimate inquiries from regulatory authorities and cooperate with relevant law enforcement actions to fulfill legal obligations.

4. Information Sharing and Disclosure

The App will not sell, rent, or transfer your personal information to any third party for commercial purposes. Information may only be shared or disclosed in the following limited circumstances, and all such actions will comply with relevant laws, regulations, and the terms of this Policy:

• With Your Explicit Consent: Share relevant information with third parties designated by you with your active authorization;
• Third-Party Service Providers: To implement App functions (e.g., server hosting, cloud storage, data analysis), we may share anonymized non-personally identifiable information with cooperating third-party service providers. 6. Third-Party Service Notices

The App may contain links to third-party services or integrate third-party SDKs. Such third-party services have their own independent privacy policies, and the App is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services. Specifically, this includes:

• Apple App Store: The in-app purchase function is provided by the Apple App Store. For its privacy policy, please refer to Apple's official privacy statement;
• Third-Party Analytics Tools: To optimize App performance, the App may integrate third-party analytics SDKs such as Firebase Analytics. Such SDKs only collect anonymized usage data. For their privacy policies, please refer to the official instructions of the corresponding third parties;
• Link Redirection: The App may contain links to the official TikTok and Instagram platforms. Clicking on such links will redirect you to third-party platforms, whose privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policies.

We recommend that you carefully read the privacy policies of third-party services to understand their information collection and usage rules.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may modify the content of this Privacy Policy from time to time in accordance with business developments and updates to laws and regulations. The revised Privacy Policy will be prominently displayed within the App (e.g., "Settings - Privacy Policy") with a marked effective date. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of the revision constitutes your reading, understanding, and acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the revised content, you may stop using the App and request us to delete your personal information.
